2026 Unity Fest Booths

11-4pm September 26th at Leclaire Park

Unity Fest is more than a celebration — it’s a hands-on, heart-filled opportunity for our community to connect, learn, and grow together. We’re inviting local organizations, businesses, and nonprofits to join us as booth hosts for this meaningful event.

Use the form below or download our PDF application.

Why Host a Booth?

Hosting a booth at Unity Fest is a chance to:

  • Share your mission with a diverse and engaged audience

  • Connect with the community in a welcoming, inclusive setting

  • Be part of something positive and joyful — no sales, no politics, just people coming together

Each booth plays a key role in shaping the Unity Fest experience. Whether you’re a nonprofit providing resources, a business offering giveaways, or a community group sharing an activity, your presence helps spread the message of unity.

What Booths Can Do

  • Provide information about your organization or services

  • Offer free giveaways, games, or activities (no selling or political messaging, please)

  • Encourage interaction through fun, inclusive engagement

All booths are encouraged to participate in our Unity Fest Bingo Game! Here’s how it works:

  • Attendees will carry a bingo card filled with light-hearted prompts like “tell a joke,” “do something new,” “share a smile,” etc.

  • Visitors will stop by your booth to complete a task and receive a stamp on their card.

  • It’s a fun and low-pressure way to promote conversation and make lasting impressions.

The Details

  • 10×10 Booth space is $40, but spots are limited

  • We provide the space — you bring your own table, chairs, and materials

  • All booths must be ready and staffed during the full duration of Unity Fest

  • Access to electricity is limited for an additional $10 per space
  • Setup at 9:30 AM, take down at 4 PM

What’s Not Allowed

  • No selling or commercial transactions of any kind

  • No political promotion or campaigning

  • No alcohol or adult-themed materials

We’re committed to keeping Unity Fest inclusive and welcoming for all ages and backgrounds.
